This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data from the Defence Garden app and website, as required by Google Play's data-safety policies.
What You Can Request
Deletion of your account (if you created one in our app).
Deletion of personal information linked to you — your name, phone number, email address, inquiry messages, and push-notification token.
How to Request Deletion
Email us at info@defencegarden.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", from the email address (or mentioning the phone number) you used with our Services.
Or call / WhatsApp us at +91 95210 18879 and ask for your data to be deleted.
We will verify the request belongs to you, then delete the data. Verified requests are completed within 30 days, and we will confirm once done.
What We Keep (and Why)
If you have booked a plot or made a payment, we must retain the booking and transaction records (receipts, agreements, registry documents) for the periods required by Indian tax, accounting, and property laws. These records are kept secure and are not used for marketing.
All other personal data — inquiry history, account profile, notification tokens — is permanently deleted.
Uninstalling the App
Uninstalling the app stops all data collection by the app but does not by itself delete data already collected. Use the request process above for deletion.
