These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Defence Garden website and mobile application (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Services
The Services provide information about our plotted township projects, photo galleries, interactive plot maps, and ways to contact our sales team or book a site visit.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you submit an inquiry or booking request.
Project Information
Project details shown in the Services — including layouts, plot sizes, prices, availability, amenities, and imagery — are indicative and for general information only. They do not constitute a legal offer.
Plot availability and pricing change frequently. The status shown on interactive booking maps is updated periodically and is subject to confirmation by our sales office.
The final terms of any purchase are exclusively those set out in the signed booking agreement, allotment letter, and registered sale deed for the specific plot.
Bookings and Payments
A plot is considered booked only after our sales office confirms the booking and issues an official receipt.
All payments must be made to official company accounts or at our registered office. We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorised persons.
Cancellations and refunds are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the terms of your signed booking agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content in the Services — logos, project names, photographs, layout drawings, and text — belongs to Defence Garden and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is". While we keep information as accurate as we can, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Defence Garden is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the Services or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Shamli, Uttar Pradesh.
