This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for plot bookings made with Defence Garden, whether through our sales office, website, or app.
Booking Cancellation
To cancel a booking, submit a written request — by email, WhatsApp, or in person at our office — quoting your booking/receipt number.
Cancellation requests are acknowledged within 7 working days.
Refunds
Refund eligibility, deductions (if any), and timelines are governed by the terms printed in your signed booking agreement / allotment letter for the specific plot. Those signed terms always prevail over this page.
Eligible refunds are paid to the same account or instrument used for the original payment, against return of the original receipt.
Government charges actually incurred (such as stamp duty or registration fees already paid to authorities) are not refundable.
Site-Visit Bookings
Free site visits can be rescheduled or cancelled at any time by calling or messaging our team — no charges apply.
