This Privacy Policy describes how Defence Garden ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and our mobile application (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, and any message you send us through our contact or inquiry forms, site-visit bookings, or WhatsApp.
Booking and transaction information: if you book a plot or make a payment, we collect the details needed to process and record that booking — such as the plot selected, booking amount, payment reference, and the receipts we issue.
Automatically collected information: basic device information (device model, operating system version, app version), approximate usage data such as pages or screens viewed, and a push-notification token if you enable notifications in our app.
We do NOT collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.
How We Use Your Information
To respond to your inquiries and arrange site visits (including free pickup where offered).
To process, record, and service plot bookings, payments, and receipts.
To send you booking updates and, if you opt in, notifications about project launches and offers. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
To improve our Services, maintain security, and prevent fraud or misuse.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
Our Services use a small number of third-party providers that may process limited data on our behalf: Google Maps (to show project locations), WhatsApp (if you choose to contact us through it), and Firebase Cloud Messaging (to deliver push notifications). Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
Payment records for bookings are maintained by our sales office; where an online payment provider is used, your payment is processed by that provider and we store only the transaction reference.
Data Retention
Inquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry.
Booking and transaction records are retained for as long as required by Indian tax, accounting, and property-registration laws, even after an account or inquiry is deleted.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and restricted staff access — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data in line with industry practice.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your information (see our Data Deletion page for the exact steps).

Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for adults purchasing or inquiring about residential plots. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be announced on this page.
